Üniversite öğrencilerinin kurum kültürü algılarının belirlenmesi: Necatibey Eğitim Fakültesi örneği

Abstract

Balıkesir Üniversitesi Necatibey Eğitim Fakültesi’ndeki öğrencilerin kurum kültürü algılarını ölçmek amacı ile gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada betimsel tarama modeli tercih edilmiştir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak, Erdem ve İşbaşı (2001) tarafından geliştirilen “Kurum Kültür Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. (Ek 1). Aynı zamanda ölçeğin frekans korelasyon ve frekans analizleri de yapılmış olup ölçeğin geçerlilik kat sayısı 0,89 olarak güvenilirliği hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, Necati Bey eğitim fakültesinde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrencilerden toplanmıştır. Ölçekten elde edilen nicel veriler, SPSS2 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucu elde edilen bulgularda, öğrencilerin kurum kültürü algılarıyla bölüm/anabilim dalı değişkeni açısından anlamlı bir farkın olduğu cinsiyet ve sınıf değişkeni açısından ise anlamlı fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu bulgulardan hareketle, farklı anabilim dallarında bulunan öğrencileri bir araya getirecek kurum kültürü adı altında etkinlikler yapılması, geçmiş yıllarda mezun olan öğrenciler ile hala öğrenim görmekte olan öğrenciler bir araya getirilerek kurum kültürü yaşatılması ve öğrencilerin kurum aidiyetlerini geliştirici semboller (anahtarlık, süs, bardak vb.) geliştirilmesi şeklinde öneriler getirilmiştir.

The descriptive survey model was preferred in this study, which was carried out to measure the corporate culture perceptions of the students at Balıkesir University Necatibey Faculty of Education. In the study, the “Corporate Culture Scale” developed by Erdem and İşbaşı (2001) was used as a data collection tool. (Annex 1). At the same time, frequency correlation and frequency analyze of the scale were also carried out, and the validity coefficient of the scale was calculated as 0.89. The data of the research were collected from the students studying at Necati Bey's faculty of education. Quantitative data obtained from the scale were analyzed with the SPSS2 program. In the findings obtained because of the analysis, it was determined that there was a significant difference between the students' perceptions of corporate culture and the department/department variable, and there was no significant difference in terms of gender and class variables. Based on these findings, organizing activities under the name of corporate culture that will bring together students from different departments, bringing together students who graduated in the past years and students who are still studying, keeping the corporate culture alive, and symbols (key rings, ornaments, glasses, etc.) Recommendations were made in the form of improvement.
