dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out to determine the fi sh species of the basin of İkizcetepeler Dam Lake in the year of 2000. A total of 156 specimens were caught by fi sh nets, scoop nets, and fi shing lines. As a result, 11 fi sh species including 3 subspecies, belonging to 2 families (Cyprinidae and Cobitidae), were identifi ed. This paper gives the diagnostic characteristics of these fi shes. These characteristics were then compared with those in the previous studies.en_US
