Öğrenci görüşlerine göre yönetim ve öğretim hizmetlerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Necatibey Eğitim Fakültesindeki yönetim ve öğretim hizmetlerine ilişkin sorunları öğrenci görüşlerine göre belirlemek ve uygulanabilir çözüm önerileri sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmiş 238 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Veri toplamak için geliştirilen anket toplam 47 soru ve iki bölümü içermektedir. Anketteki maddeler "evet", "kısmen", "hayır" olmak üzere üç seçenekli düzenlenmiştir. Uygulanan anketlerden 30' u geçersiz olduğundan toplam 208 anket formu değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin yüzde ve frekansları tablolarda belirtilerek yorumları yapılmıştır. Verilerden elde edilen sonuçlara göre uygulanabilir öneriler sunulmuştur

In this study, it was aimed to determine the problems regarding administrative .and instructional services at Necatibey Educational Faculty in accordance with opinions of the students and to present some practical suggestions. The sample of the study was formed of 238 students who were selected with random sampling. The questionnaire developed to gather data included total 47 questions and 2 sections. The items were organized in three options that were "yes", "partially yes", and "no". Since 30 questionnaire included invalid answers, total 208 questionnaires were evaluated. Commentaries were made by showing the frequency and percentage of the data at tables. Some practical suggestions were offered according to the results of the data
