Siyasal iktidarın doğasına Etienne de la Boétie’nin “gönüllü kulluk üzerine söylev”i açısından bakmak

Abstract

Siyasal iktidarın doğası ve onun meşruluğu, geçmişten günümüze tartışılan bir konu olmuştur. Çalışmada söz konusu tartışma alanına, La Boétie’nin Söylevi üzerinden yapılacak olan bir değerlendirme ile katkıda bulunulması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda siyasal kulluğa dönüşen süreçte, yalnızca siyasal iktidarın doğası değil, insan doğasının da incelenmesi gereğinden hareket edilmiştir. Düşünürün, siyasal iktidarın kaynağına ve süregeliş biçimine getirdiği itiraz ve özgürlüğü tatmayan bir insan nezdinde itaatin gönüllü kulluğa dayalı bir itaate nasıl dönüştüğü, çalışmanın ilgi odağını oluşturmaktadır

The nature of political power and its legitimacy has been a subject of debate from past to present. It is aimed to contribute to the aforementioned discussion area with an evaluation to be made through La Boétie's Speech. In this context, in the process that turned into political servitude, it was taken from the necessity to examine not only the nature of political power but also human nature. The object of the thinker to the source of political power and the way it continues and how obedience turns into obedience based on voluntary servitude before a person who does not experience freedom is the focus of the study
