Ortaöğretim öğretmenlerinin program tasarısı ile ilgili görüşleri ve tasarı süreçlerindeki davranışlarının belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ortaöğretim öğretmenlerinin program tasarıları ile ilgili görüşleri ve program tasarısı planlama, uygulama, değerlendirme ve geliştirme süreçlerinde gösterdikleri davranışları belirlemek amacıyla hazırlanan anket random olarak belirlenen 332 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin program tasarısı ve program tasarısı planlama, uygulama, değerlendirme, geliştirme süreçleri ile ilgili bilgileri yeterli düzeyde değildir. Ayrıca, süreçlerde gösterilmesi gereken davranışlar da yeterli düzeyde değildir. Öğretmenlerin program tasarısı süreçleri ile ilgili bilgi eksikliklerini gidermek amacıyla ihtiyaç analizi yapılmalı, bu analizler çerçevesinde program tasarıları hazırlanmalı ve öğretmenler kademeli olarak öğrenme sürecinden geçirilmelidir

In this study, a questionnaire that was prepared to determine the opinions of the secondary school teachers about the curriculum design and the behaviors that the teachers show in the processes of the planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of the curriculum design was applied to 332 teachers chosen randomly. According to the results of the study, the teachers' knowledge about the curriculum design and planning, implementation, evaluation and improvement of the curriculum design processes are not sufficient level. Besides, the behaviors shown at the processes are also insufficient level. To remove deficiencies of the teachers' knowledge and behaviors about the curriculum design processes need analysis is made, curriculum designs are prepared in terms of these analyses, and teachers are taken into the learning process by degrees
