İlkokul müdürlerinin okul yönetimlerinde öğretmenlerin etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı ilkokul müdürlerinin yönetim sürecinde öğretmen etkisine yönelik görüşlerini kendi anlatılarına dayalı olarak ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden fenomenoloji deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu çok aşamalı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 12 ilkokul okul müdürü oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler içerik analizi tekniği kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre okul müdürlerinin yönetim sürecinde cinsiyet, yaş/kıdem, aile yapısı, maddiyat ve kişilik etmenleriyle ilgili çeşitli sorunlar yaşadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Okul müdürlerinin yönetim sürecinde karşılaştıkları bu sorunların çözümünde iletişim etmenini devreye soktukları; iletişim etmeninin etki etmediği durumlarda da genellikle kurumsal güçlerini kullandıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Araştırmada son olarak okul müdürleri yönetim sürecine önerilerini belirtmişlerdir.

The aim of this research is to establish the views of primary school principals on the influence of teachers in school administration based on their own narratives. A phenomenology pattern from qualitative research patterns was used in the research. The study group consists of 12 primary school principals selected by multi-stage sampling method. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used as a data collection tool in the research. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using the content analysis technique. According to the results obtained from the research, school principals experienced various problems related to gender, age/seniority, family structure, material and personality factors in the management process. They stated that school principals engaged the communication factor in solving these problems they encountered during the management process and often used their institutional powers in cases where this effect did not affect them. Finally, school principals suggested that; the authority and responsibility of the school directorate should be reduced, teacher selection should be regulated and teachers should renew themselves.
