Özet
This study investigated the relationship between quality of school life and happiness among university students. For this purpose, 326 students from five different faculties in Cankiri Karatekin University participated in the study. Participants filled in the 'scale for quality of school life' and 'scale for Oxford happiness-Compact form'. Data were analyzed by using methods of arithmetical mean, standard deviation, t-test, confirmatory factor analyses (CFA), ANOVA, ANCOVA and multivariate regression analyses. Findings showed that participants' views about the quality of school life and happiness were at moderate level. In addition, it was found out that being a student in different faculties did not display any significant difference on their happiness. It was also revealed at the end of this study that students' views about the quality of school life were not a significant predictor of students' happiness. Based on these findings, it was concluded that students' happiness was independent of the quality of their school life.
