Sürdürülebilir beslenme konusu üzerine yapılan lisansüstü tezlerin içerik analizi

Abstract

Araştırmada, 2017- Eylül 2025 yılları arasında Türkiye'de sürdürülebilir beslenme konusu üzerine yapılmış toplam 37 lisansüstü tez, doküman incelemesi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. İncelenen tezlerin 3’ü doktora, 34'ü yüksek lisans düzeyindedir. Araştırmanın amacı, YÖK Ulusal Tez Veri Tabanından izinli tezlerin betimsel içerik analizi yapılarak, Türkiye’de sürdürülebilir beslenme konusu üzerine yapılan lisansüstü tezlerin eğilimlerini belirlemektir. Sürdürülebilir beslenme konusuna odaklanan lisansüstü tezlerin, yayınlandıkları yıllar, örneklem grubu ve büyüklüğü, kullanılan veri toplama araçları, araştırma desenleri, bağlı oldukları enstitüler ve anabilim dalları açısından incelendiği bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, son iki yılda (2024-Eylül 2025) bu konuda gerçekleştirilen 21 tez bu alandaki çalışmaların son yıllarda giderek arttığını ortaya koymaktadır. Tezlerde en çok kesitsel desenin tercih edildiği görülmüş ayrıca çalışmaların büyük oranda Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü bünyesinde ve Beslenme ve Diyetetik Anabilim Dalı çatısı altında yürütüldüğü tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında, sürdürülebilir beslenme konusunun önemi giderek artmakla birlikte sosyal bilimler ve fen bilimleri gibi farklı disiplinlerde de araştırma konusu olarak ele alınmaya başlanıldığı görülmüştür. Bu araştırmanın, sürdürülebilir beslenme alanındaki mevcut çalışmalara ışık tutarken, gelecekte yapılacak araştırmalara da yol gösterici nitelikte olacağı düşünülmektedir.

In the study, a total of 37 postgraduate theses on sustainable nutrition in Turkey between 2017- September 2025 were examined using the document review method. Of the theses examined, 3 were at doctoral level and 34 were at master's level. The aim of the study was to determine the trends in postgraduate theses on sustainable nutrition in Turkey by conducting descriptive content analysis of theses with permission from the YÖK National Thesis Database. A study was conducted in which postgraduate theses focusing on sustainable nutrition were examined in terms of the years they were published, sample group and size, data collection tools used, research methods, institutes and departments they were affiliated to. According to the results of the study, 21 theses conducted on this subject in the last two years (2024- Septemeber 2025) reveal that studies in this field have been increasing in recent years. It was observed that the cross-sectional model was the most preferred in the theses, and it was determined that the studies were largely conducted within the Institute of Health Sciences and under the roof of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition, it has been observed that the importance of sustainable nutrition has been increasing and that it has begun to be addressed as a research topic in different disciplines such as social sciences and science. It is thought that this research will shed light on current studies in the field of sustainable nutrition and will also guide future research.
