Abstract

Eğitim sisteminde bir alt sistem olan denetim, yönetimin amaçlarının gerçekleştirilmesinde en etkin bir biçimdir. Bu anlamda eğitim - öğretim etkinliklerinin mevzuata uygun olarak yürütülüp yürütülmediği denetim sistemi ile belirlenebilir. By this means, the system of inspection determines whether the activities of education are carried out according to the rules and laws. That's why it is necessary to evaluate inspection as an inseparable element of the system. The aim of the preparing the proposal of inspection form which will be applied to the primary school teachers is to evaluate the process of inspection of primary school teachers and to determine the level of adequacy for the present inspection form and to form one which is suitable for the scientific inspection principles.
