İlköğretim okulu müdürlerinin eğitim programını yönetme davranışlarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilköğretim okulu müdürlerinin eğitim programını yönetme davranışlarını gösterme durumunu belirlemektir. Araştırmanın evreni, Balıkesir ilindeki ilköğretim okullarında görevli öğretmenlerdir. Çalışma evreni olarak; Balıkesir merkezindeki ilköğretim okullarının öğretmenleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışma evrenin tamamına ulaşılması hedefl enmiş, bu doğrultuda; 33 ilköğretim okulundan, 875 öğretmenden “İlköğretim Okulu Müdürlerinin Eğitim Programının Yönetimine İlişkin Davranışlarının Değerlendirilmesi Anketi” yoluyla veriler elde edilmiştir. Öğretmenler müdürlerin davranışları hakkındaki görüşlerinin belirlenmesinde frekans, yüzde hesaplamaları ve aritmetik ortalamalardan yararlanılmıştır. Değişkenlerin özelliğine uygun olarak betimsel testler ile t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi ANOVA kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, öğretmenler, ilköğretim okulu müdürlerinin eğitim programını yönetmede gerekli davranışları gösterme durumlarını yeterli olarak değerlendirmişlerdir

The purpose of this study is to determine the indication states of the primary school principals managing attitudes. The target population of the study was determined as teachers has posted at primary schools in Turkey. The accessible popilation was selected as the primary school principals and teachers in the main district of Balıkesir Province. It was targeted to reach the whole accesible population and data according to this, the data were collected from 23 principals and 875 teachers working in 33 primary schools by the survey. ‘’The Evaluation of The Attidtes of The Primary School Principals Toward Curriculum Manegement” The frequencies, persent frequencies and arithmetic mean were used to identiy school principals’ personel opinions and theachers’ opinions about their principals’ attitudes. According to the types of the variables,descriptive statistics, t-test an one way analysis ofvariance ANOVA statistics were used
