Yeni Türkçe öğretmenliği lisans programının ortaokula uygunluğu

Abstract

Türkçe öğretmenliği, 1992 yılında lisans düzeyinde kurulduğundan bu yana dört öğretim programı ile yürütülmüştür. Lisans düzeyindeki bu programların taşıması gereken en önemli özellik mezun edeceği öğretmenleri, hedef kitleye uygun niteliklerle donanımlı kılmasıdır. Bu programlardan ilk üçü çeşitli çalışmalarda hem bu açıdan hem daha farklı açılardan incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılından itibaren uygulamaya konan Türkçe Öğretmenliği Lisans Programının ortaokul Türkçe dersine uygunluğu bakımından incelemektir. Çalışmada lisans programındaki “alan eğitimi” kodlu 42 ders ana inceleme materyali olarak, Türkçe, Okuma Becerileri ile Yazarlık ve Yazma Becerileri derslerinin öğretim programları karşılaştırma metni olarak seçilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Türkoloji geleneğini yansıtan “edebiyat” ve Osmanlı Türkçesi derslerindeki içeriklerin tam olarak uygun olmadığı, Türkçe eğitiminin kuramsal ve uygulamalı yönlerine ilişkin dersler ile dil bilimi derslerinin oldukça uygun olduğu gerekçeleriyle gösterilmiş ve programın ortaokula uygunluğunun artırılması hakkında çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Turkish teaching has been carried out with four curricula since it was established in 1992 as undergraduate level. The most important feature of these undergraduate curricula should be, to equip the teachers to graduate with qualifications eligible for the target group. The first three of these programs have been examined in certain studies from this perspective and also from different perspectives. The aim of this study is to examine the Turkish Language Teaching Undergraduate Curriculum, which has been implemented since the 2018-2019 academic year, in terms of suitability for secondary school Turkish lesson. In the study, 42 courses with the code of "field education" in the undergraduate program are the main study materials; The curricula of Turkish, Reading Skills, and Writing and Writing Skills courses are selected as the comparison text. As a result of the study, it has been demonstrated that the contents of “literature” and Ottoman Turkish lessons that reflect the tradition of Turcology are not completely appropriate, and the courses related to the theoretical and applied aspects of Turkish education and linguistics courses are quite suitable, and various suggestions have been made to increase the eligibility of the curriculum to the secondary school.
