Sosyo-ekonomik boyutuyla Türkiye'de göç olgusu ve göç politikası

Abstract

Göç hem dünya genelinde hem de Türkiye'de önemli bir toplumsal, ekonomik ve siyasi olgu olarak öne çıkmakta, çeşitli ekonomik ve sosyal etkiler yaratmaktadır. Türkiye, tarihsel olarak hem göç veren hem de göç alan bir ülke olmuştur. Son yıllarda, özellikle Suriye iç savaşının ardından yaşanan büyük göç hareketleri, Türkiye'nin göç politikalarını yeniden şekillendirmeye zorlamıştır. Bu kapsamda tezin amacı Türkiye'de göç olgusunun sosyoekonomik boyutlarını incelemek ve Türkiye'nin bu yönde izlediği göç yönetimini ve politikalarını değerlendirmektir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ile hazırlanan tez kapsamında göçün ekonomik, sosyal, mekânsal ve güvenlik boyutları, Türkiye'nin tarihsel ve güncel göç politikaları bağlamında analiz edilmiştir. Göçün ekonomik, sosyo-kültürel, mekânsal ve güvenlik yönünden güncel etkilerini karşılaştırmalı olarak ortaya koyan çalışmanın, göç yönetimi ve göç politikası hakkında somut politikalar önermesi bakımından literatüre katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.Migration is an important social, economic, and political phenomenon both globally and in Türkiye, creating various economic and social effects. Historically, Türkiye has been both a country of origin and a country of destination for migration. In recent years, particularly after the Syrian civil war, large-scale migration movements have forced Türkiye to reshape its migration policies. In this context, the aim of this thesis is to examine the socio-economic dimensions of migration in Türkiye and evaluate the country's migration management and policies in this regard. This thesis, prepared using a qualitative research method, analyzes the economic, social, spatial, and security dimensions of migration within the context of Türkiye's historical and current migration policies. The study, which compares the current effects of migration in terms of economic, socio-cultural, spatial, and security aspects, is expected to contribute to the literature by proposing concrete policies on migration management and migration policy.
