| dc.description.abstract | This review positions mind and intelligence games as powerful pedagogical tools, not just entertainment. These games foster higher-order cognitive skills like problem-solving, strategic thinking, attention, and creativity. They also support social-emotional competencies such as patience, collaboration, and communication. Aligned with 21st-century skills, game-based learning (GBL) boosts student motivation and active engagement. However, implementation is hindered by challenges like insufficient teacher knowledge, material shortages, and curriculum integration difficulties. The study recommends overcoming these barriers through systematic teacher training and institutional support to fully leverage the educational potential of these games. | |
