Avrupa Birliği bütçe yapısı ve bileşenlerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, AB bütçesinin yapısı ve temel bileşenleri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak, öncelikle AB’nin birlik olma hedefi doğrultusunda tarihsel süreci ele alınmıştır. Buradan hareketle AB bütçesi ve mali yapısının tarihsel süreci ve bugünkü yapısı incelenmiştir. Metodolojik olarak, AB’nin birlik olma amacı ile günümüzdeki bütçe yapısı ve bileşenleri karşılaştırılarak belli bulgulara ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonuç kısmında ise bu bulgular tartışılmıştır. Çalışmada ana materyal olarak, AB’nin resmi sitelerinden elde edilen istatistiki verilerden yararlanılmıştır. Bunun yanında çalışma ile ilgili yurtiçi ve yurtdışı resmi kuruluşların verileri, akademik çalışmalar, tezler, makaleler ve diğer internet kaynakları incelenmiştir.

In this study, the structure and basic components of the EU budget have been examined. For this purpose, first of all, the historical process of the EU in line with the goal of unity has been discussed. From this point of view, the historical process and the current structure of the EU budget and financial structure are examined. Methodologically, it is tried to reach certain findings by comparing the current budget structure and components of the EU with the aim of unity. In conclusion, these findings are discussed. The main material used in the study was the statistical data obtained from EU official sites. In addition, the data of the national and international official institutions, academic studies, theses, articles and other internet resources related to the study were examined.
