Ekonomik Birim Olarak Aile Kurumunun Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri Çerçevesinde Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Sağlıklı bir toplumun inşası, sağlıklı bireylerin ve ailelerin varlığına, güçlü ekonomik altyapıya, eşitlikçi gelir dağılımına, kaliteli eğitime, kapsamlı sosyal hizmetlere ve sağlıklı bir çevreye bağlıdır. Sağlıklı bireyler, güçlü aileler, sürdürülebilir bir ekonomi ve adil bir toplum, birbirini tamamlayan unsurlardır ve sağlıklı bir toplumun inşası için vazgeçilmezdir. Aile, toplumun temel yapı taşı ve en küçük ekonomik birimi olarak kabul edilir. Sadece bir barınma ve beslenme mekânı değil, aynı zamanda bireylerin sosyal, duygusal ve ekonomik ihtiyaçlarını karşıladığı bir kurumdur. Dolayısıyla sosyal ve ekonomik politikalarla aile kurumunun desteklenmesi ve ailenin sürdürülebilir kılınması gerekir. Bu çalışmada, sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedefleri çerçevesinde ailenin önemi vurgulanarak, ailenin ekonomik olarak güçlendirilmesi için yapılması gereken düzenlemelerin gerekliliği üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu düzenlemeler, genel çerçevede yoksullukla mücadele, eğitim, sağlık, toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği ve çevre gibi alanlarda yoğunlaşmaktadır. Aile özelinde ise, çocuk vergisi, ev sahipliği destekleri, emeklilik sistemleri ve asgari ücret düzenlemelerinin iyileştirilmesidir. Ailelerin refahını artırmayı ve yaşam kalitelerini yükseltmeyi amaçlayan sosyal politika düzenlemelerinin ailelerin ihtiyaçlarına yönelik olarak sürekli olarak geliştirilmesi ve güncellenmesi gerekir.

The construction of a healthy society depends on the existence of healthy individuals and families, a strong economic infrastructure, equitable income distribution, quality education, comprehensive social services and a healthy environment. Healthy individuals, strong families, a sustainable economy and a fair society are complementary elements and are indispensable for the construction of a healthy society. The family is considered the basic building block of society and the smallest economic unit. It is not only a place of shelter and nutrition, but also an institution where individuals meet their social, emotional and economic needs. Therefore, the family institution must be supported and the family must be made sustainable through social and economic policies. In this study, the importance of the family within the framework of sustainable development goals is emphasized and the necessity of regulations to strengthen the family economically is emphasized. These regulations generally focus on areas such as the fight against poverty, education, health, gender equality and the environment. In the case of families, the child tax, home ownership supports, retirement systems and minimum wage regulations are improved. Social policy regulations that aim to increase the well-being of families and improve their quality of life need to be constantly developed and updated according to the needs of families.
