Abstract

Coronary heart disease, including anterior wall ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is a leading cause of death and heart failure [1]. The standard 12-lead electrocardiography (ECG) is an important tool in diagnosing anterior wall STEMI. While studies done with the admission ECG in patients with an anterior wall STEMI have been limited, it has been shown that there are different results (Table 1).
