Effect of the energy survey to energy efficiency in industrial sector an application

Abstract

Ülkemizde sanayi sektörü, yüksek enerji tüketimi ve maliyeti açısından enerji tasarrufu çalışmalarında öncelikli sektörlerden biridir. 1996 yılında % 34.7, 2000'de % 39 olan sanayi enerji tüketim payı, 2010'da % 49 olması beklenmektedir. Enerji tüketim oranlarının bu artış temayülü, sanayi sektörü yapısının enerji tasarrufu açısından irdelenmesi gereğini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu çalışma bir çimento fabrikasında Enerji yönetimi organizasyonu tarafından ön enerji tasarrufu etüdü hazırlanabilmesi için gerekli Enerji taramasını içermektedir. Tarama çimento fabrikasının 2004 yılı enerji tüketimi ve üretim verilerinin toplanması, işlenmesi ve değerlendirilmesi aşamalarını kapsamaktadır. Çalışma sonunda enerji tasarrufunun üretime yansıması değerlendirilmiş ve alınabilecek önlemler verilmiştir.

In our country, the studies on energy savings has a priority for the industrial sector in regard to high energy consumption and costs. Industrial energy consumption ratio of 34,7% in 1996 increased to 39% in 2000 and is expected to be 49% in 2010. These figures necessitate further inquiry on how to save energy in industry.This paper covers an energy survey which is needed by the energy management organization to carry out a pre energy saving study at a cement factory. This survey includes the collection,analysis and evaluation of the energy production data in the cement factory in 2004. At the end of the study ,the reflection of energy saving on the production is evaluated and the probable precautions are advised.
