Özet

A mobile system has been developed to be used to detect buried objects (and/or explosives) containing ferromagnetic material by magnetic anomaly method. Detection, in this system, can be performed without broadcasting any signal to the external environment, and a visual and audible alert can be sent to the user. A sensor network containing nine fluxgate sensors has been created; one of them was used as a reference sensor and the others as the measurement sensors. Data obtained due to the voltage variations at the output of fluxgate sensors are processed with an Atmega 2560 microcontroller. Images of buried objects are created using this data and displayed on a human-computer interface panel. Experimental studies have been carried out for eight test samples buried underground in different soil types, and the average classification success has been obtained as 91.75%.
