Termal turizmin ekonomik etkileri: Gönen örneği

Abstract

Balıkesir Gönen ilçesi ve bu merkezde bulunan kaplıcalar, suyunun içerdiği birçok mineral ve tedavi edicilik özelliği ile Türkiye’deki diğer kaplıcalarla birlikte önemli termal turizm merkezlerinden bir tanesidir. Bu merkezde yapılan araştırma ile termal turizm ve bu bağlamda gerçekleşen turistik hareketlerin, ilçe ekonomisini nasıl etkilediğinin ortaya konulması ve bu etkilerden hareketle yerel halk, yerel yöneticilere konunun öneminin aktarılması ve ülkemizdeki diğer kaplıca merkezlerine örnek olunabilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularının sonucunda termal turizm hareketlerinin ilçe ekonomisini çok yakından etkilediği ve bu turistik hareketlerin birçok farklı sektörde ekonomik etkilerinin bulunduğu ortaya konulmuşturGönen Termal Springs located in Balıkesir, of which hot water contains a lot of minerals and cure features, is one of the important spa tourism centers together with other centers in Turkey. With this research carried out in this location, it is aimed to create how spa tourism and touristic movements in this context effect the economy of the town and with the help of these effects how local people and local administrators may be originated to the other spa centers in our country. The result of research findings, it is created that spa tourism movements effect the economy of the town very closely and these touristic movements have economic effects on many different sectors/companies
