Tam zamanında stok yönetimi (Just-in-Time) felsefesinin hastane işletmelerine uygulanabilirliği ve bir üniversite hastanesi örneği

Abstract

Hastane işletmeleri için stok yönetimi ve tedarik sistemi, toplam maliyetlerin yaklaşık %30-40’ını oluşturmaktadır. Özellikle kamu hastanelerinde, artan finansman açıklarından dolayı bu maliyetlerin etkisi daha yoğun hissedilmekte; teknoloji, çalışma sermayesinin etkin kullanılması isteği, yasal zorunluluklar, ilgili tüm süreçler ve bu süreçleri oluşturan alt sistemlerde denetim ve tam kontrol isteği hastane yönetimlerini yeni açılım arayışlarına yöneltmiştir. Çalışma sermayesinin daha etkin kullanılması ise ancak doğru kurgulanmış, esnek ve gelişime açık bir stok yönetimi sisteminin otomasyon bilgi sistemi ile bütünleştirilmesiyle sağlanabilecektir.Stock management and procurement system for the hospital organizations constitutes approximately 30-40 per cent of the total costs. Especially in public hospitals, due to the increasing financial deficits, the effects of these costs are felt more intensively; technology, the desire of using working capital effectively, legal obligations, inspection in all related processes and sub-systems that forms these processes and the desire of complete inspection directed hospital managements to new opening way of searchings. The use of working capital more effectively can only be provided with the integration of a stock management system that is correctly built, flexible and open to development, and an automation information system.
