Sezaryen skar gebeliğin laparoskopik tedavisi: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

ÖZET Sezaryen skar gebeliği, en nadir görülen ektopik gebelik çeşitlerinden biridir. Tedavi seçenekleri arasında medikal ve cerrahi yöntemler kullanılabilir. Tedavide amaç hastanın fertilitesinin korunması ve rekürrensin önlenmesidir. Bu çalışmada sezaryen skarına yerleşmiş ektopik gebelik odağının laparoskopik cerrahi ile konservatif tedavisini ve izlenen süreci olgu sunumu olarak hazırladık. Summary Cesarean scar pregnancy is one of the rarest type of ectopic pregnancies. Treatment options include medical and surgical methods. The purpose of treatment is to protect the patient's fertility and to prevent recurrence. Herein, the conservative laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy located in the cesarean scar and the follow-up process was presented as a case report.Cesarean scar pregnancy is one of the rarest types of the ectopic pregnancies. In this study, we report the conservative laparoscopic treatment and the follow-up process of an ectopic pregnancy located in the cesarean scar in our 25 year old patient who had undergone cesarean section 3 times in the past.
