A field research for determining entrepreneurial characteristics of students who are in different instruction level

Abstract

Education in which is provided different instruction levels in universities plays a important role in influencing viewpoints to entrepreneurship of students. Students who received education in different instruction levels possess about knowledge and skills that are taking risk, opening to new ideas, self-confidence, having vision, evaluation of opportunities, setting up your own business. The aim of the study is to determine entrepreneurial characteristics students of associate degree, degree, master degree and doctorate. However, the students who are in different instruction levels expose whether they have different entrepreneurial characteristics or not. In a nutshell, the aim is to measure the effect of instruction level on entrepreneurial characteristics. In this context, the survey form that is created after domestic and foreign literature research was enforced reliability analysis. At the same time, the survey form that is used 5-point likert scale was applied to university students who are in different instruction levels. And after the obtaining datas are analyzed, some solutions were offered. Result of the analysises, it was seen that there are significiant differences between students of associate degree and doctorate, associate degree and master degree, degree and master degree, degree and doctorate

Üniversitelerde farklı öğrenim düzeylerinde verilen eğitimin, öğrencilerin girişimciliğe olan bakış açılarını etkilemede önemli rol oynamaktadır. Öğrenciler farklı öğrenim düzeylerinde aldıkları eğitimlerle, risk alma, yeni fikirlere açık olma, özgüven, vizyon sahibi olma, fırsatları değerlendirme ve kendi işini kurma konusunda bilgi ve becerilere sahip olmaktadırlar. Çalışmanın amacı, üniversitede öğrenim gören ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora öğrencilerinin girişimcilik özelliklerini belirlemek, farklı öğrenim düzeylerindeki öğrencilerin, farklı girişimcilik özelliklerine sahip olup olmadıklarını ortaya çıkarmak ve öğrenim düzeylerinin girişimcilik özellikleri üzerine etkisini ölçmektir. Bu kapsamda çalışmada yerli ve yabancı literatür araştırması sonucunda oluşturulan anket formu güvenilirlik analizine tabi tutulmuş ve 5’li likert ölçeği kullanılarak farklı öğrenim düzeyindeki üniversite öğrencilerine uygulanmış elde edilen veriler analiz edilerek çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur. Analizler sonucunda ön lisans ile doktora, ön lisans ile yüksek lisans, lisans ile yüksek lisans, lisans ile doktora öğrencileri arasında anlamlı derecede farklılık olduğu görülmüştür
