ÂŞIK VEYSEL’İN YURT ÜRÜNLERİ ŞİİRİNİN COĞRAFİ İŞARETLER AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma Âşık Veysel'in "Yurt Ürünleri" şiirindeki coğrafi işaretlerin tespitini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma kavramsal bir nitelik taşımaktadır. Çalışmada Âşık Veysel'in "Yurt Ürünleri" şiiri araştırma konusu olarak seçilmiştir. Şiir 14 dörtlük ve 56 mısradan oluşmaktadır. Şiirde coğrafi işaretlerin tanımlanması ve açıklanmasında Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu Coğrafi İşaret Tescil Belgeleri ve ikincil kaynaklar kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle Âşık Veysel, gastronomi turizmi ve coğrafi işaretler anlatılmış, ardından şiir kavramsal olarak coğrafi işaretler açısından detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma ile Âşık Veysel'in bir şiiri gastronomi turizmi bağlamında coğrafi işaretlerle ilgili ilk kez ele alınacaktır.

This study aims to determine the geographical indications in Âşık Veysel's poem of “Yurt Ürünleri.” The study has a conceptual nature. Âşık Veysel's poem "Yurt Ürünleri" was chosen to be researched in the study. The poem consists of 14 quatrains and 56 lines. In the poem, Turkish Patent and Trademark Office Geographical Indication Registry Documents and secondary sources are used to define and explain geographical indications. In the study, firstly, Âşık Veysel, gastronomy tourism and geographical indications were explained, and then the poem was conceptually examined in detail in terms of geographical indications. With this study, one of the poems of Âşık Veysel will be discussed for the first time regarding geographical indications in the context of gastronomy tourism.
