Destinasyon çekicilik unsuru olarak gastronomi turizmi (Balıkesir ili örneği)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, gastronomi turizminin destinasyonda çekicilik unsuru olarak kullanılabilirliği ve Balıkesir merkezi ile ilçelerinde uygulanabilirliğini tespit etmektir. Çalışmanın yazın kısmında destinasyon, destinasyon imajı, destinasyon çekicilik unsurları, gastronomi ve gastronomi turizminin kavramsal analizleri yapılmış, daha sonra destinasyon çekicilik unsuru olarak gastronomi turizminin, destinasyonların rekabet edebilirliğine olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde uygulama bölümü incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise; uygulamadan elde edilen bulgu ve yorumlar ortaya konulmuştur. Son olarak; bulgu ve yorumlardan hareketle elde edilen sonuçlar ve bu sonuçlara yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir.The aim of the research is to determine the availability gastronomy tourism as a element of destination attraction and the applicability in center and districts of Balikesir. In the literature part of study, made of the conceptual analysis destination, the image of destination, elements of destinastion attraction, gastronomy and gastronomy tourism, after more examined the effect to competitiveness of destinations of gastronomy as a element of destination attraction. In the third part of study, were investigated part of application. İn the fourt part of study, put out findings and comments obtained from application. Finally, have been made developed recemmendations for these results obtained from motion findings and comments.
