Yoğun bakım ünitelerinde gelişen akut böbrek yetmezliği ve hemşirelik yönetimi

Abstract

Yoğun bakım üniteleri, hastaların gözetim altında bulundukları, sürekli hekim ve hemşire kontrolünde ve komplike tedavilerin yapıldığı hastane birimleridir. Yoğun bakım hastaları birçok nedene bağlı olarak akut böbrek yetmezliği sorunuyla karşı karşıya kalabilirler. Farklı nedenlerle gelişebilen akut böbrek yetmezliği, tedavi ve sıkı takip gerektiren bir hastalıktır. Bu nedenle hemşirenin takip, tedavi ve bakım süreci oldukça önem taşımaktadır. Doğru tedavi ve profesyonel hemşire yaklaşımıyla hastalar en iyi sağlık hizmetini almış olur. Bu derlemenin amacı, yoğun bakımda hastaların akut böbrek yetmezliği gelişmesi durumunda hemşirenin bu sorunun çözümüne ilişkin uygulayabileceği bilgiler sunmak ve hemşirelere yol göstermektir.

Intensive care units are hospital units where patients are kept a close watch on, controlled by physicion and nurses constantly and complicated treatments were performed. Intensive care patients can face the problem of acute renal failure due to many reasons. Acute renal failure is a disease which can develop different reasons and requires strict follow-up. So, the follow-up, treatment and care process of the nurse is very important. Patients receive the best health care with proper treatment and professional nurse approach. The aim of this compilation is to present the information that the nurse will implement in resolving this problem in case of acute renal failure in intensive care units and guide the nurses.
