Beden eğitimi ve spor yüksekokullarında eğitim hizmetleri kalitesini etkileyen faktörler

Abstract

Eğitim öğretim sürecinde Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokullarında eğitim hizmetleri kalitesini belirleyen faktörler bulunmaktadır. Fiziksel yapı ve donanım, insan kaynakları, finansal kaynaklar, mevzuat, öğretim programları, bilgiye ulaşma araçları, okul kültürü ile bilimsel, kültürel ve sportif etkinlikler bu faktörlerin başında gelmektedir. Bu faktörlerin niteliksel ve niceliksel olarak üst düzeyde olması, hedeflenen öğrenci profilinin şekillenmesini sağlamaktadır. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmada Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokullarında eğitim hizmetleri kalitesini etkileyen faktörler ortaya konmuş ve açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

There are factors determining the quality of the education in the teaching-learning process at schools of physical education and sports. Outstanding among these factors are physical infrastructure, human resources, financial resources, regulations, teaching programs, the ways of having access to knowledge, school culture, cultural and sports activities. These factors #8217; being quantitatively and qualitatively of high quality contributes to the shaping of the targeted student profile. Based on this fact, this study is an attempt to reveal and explain the factors affecting the quality of educational services.
