Özet
This paper deals with N(k)-quasi Einstein manifolds satisfying the conditions R(xi ,X)center dot C = 0 and R(xi,X)center dot(C) over tilde = 0, where C and (C) over tilde denote the Weyl conformal curvature tensor and the quasi-conformal curvature tensor, respectively.
