Abdülganî en-Nablusî’nin Şehid Ali Paşa’ya icâzetnâmesi (tahkik ve inceleme)

Abstract

Abdülganî b. İsmâîl en-Nâblusî (ö. 1143/1731), köklü bir ulemâ ailesine mensuptur. İlmî bir muhitte büyüyen Nablusî; mutasavvıf, fakîh, kelâmcı, müfessir, tarihçi, şair, edip yönüyle öne çıkmaktadır. Son derece velûd bir müellif olan Nablusî, bir kısmı küçük hacimli risaleler olmak üzere tasavvuf ve fıkıh ağırlıklı 250-300 kadar eser kaleme almıştır. Bunlar içerisinde müellifin, Osmanlı devlet adamlarından Şehid Ali Paşa’ya (ö. 1128/1716) verdiği bir icâzetnâmesi mevcuttur. İlim ve sanat erbabını himaye etmesi ve zengin kitap koleksiyonuyla tanınan Şehid Ali Paşa’nın kendi ismiyle anılan kütüphanesinde yer alan bu icazetname, teberrük icazeti görünümündedir. Bununla birlikte ulemâ-devlet ricali ilişkisine dair ipuçları taşıması, (17-18. yy) dönemi ve (Şam Havzası-Dımaşk) coğrafyası hakkında ilmî perspektif sunması ve icazetler hakkında fikir vermesi bakımından önemlidir. Diğer taraftan icâzetler, bir yönüyle doğrudan fihrist/bernâmec türü eserlere dolaylı olarak da tabâkât/terâcim türü çalışmalara kaynaklık ederek hem icâzet veren hem de alan kişiye dair birinci dereceden veriler sunmaktadır. Söz konusu icâzetnâme, şekil ve muhteva açısından analiz edilecektir.

Abdülganî b. İsmâîl an-Nâblusî (d. 1143/1731) was a member of the Qudâme family, which has a long tradition of science. Nablusi, who grew up in a scientific neighborhood; Sufist, jurist, theologian, commentator, historian, poet, etc. Nablusî, an extremely prolific author, wrote about 300 works, some of which were small-volume treatises, mainly sufism and fiqh. Among these, there is an academic certificate (ijaza/icâzetnâme) known as "a manuscript treatise in ıjaza of hadith/ risâle fî icâzeti’l-hadîs " given by the author to Şehid Ali Pasha (d. 1128/1716), one of the Ottoman statesmen. This academic certificate (ijaza), which looks like a tableau certificate, will be analyzed in terms of form and content due to its importance. This is because of this manuscript; It has clues about the relationship between the ulama and the state rulers, it provides a scientific perspective on the (17-18th century) and the geography of the (Damascus Basin-Damascus) and gives an idea about the ijazas. On the other hand, ijazas provide some first-degree data on both the giver and the recipient by directly referring to works of the fahrasa (index, catalog) / albaramic (agenda) type and indirectly for works such as tabaqād-biography literature
