Mineral katkılı çimentolarla üretilen betonun dayanımını tahmin etmede olgunluk yönteminin kullanılması

Abstract

Sıcaklık ve zamanın ortak etkisi olarak tanımlanan olgunluk kavramı, betonun dayanımını tahmin etmek için yararlı bir tekniktir. Bu kavrama göre, aynı olgunluk düzeyindeki aynı beton örnekleri bu olgunluğa erişmek için sıcaklık-zaman etkisi ne olursa olsun yaklaşık olarak aynı dayanıma sahip olacaklardır. Son 50 yıl içinde birçok olgunluk fonksiyonu önerilmiştir. Bu fonksiyonların geçerliliği yalnızca normal Portland çimentoları içindir. Bu çalışmada, farklı tipteki Portland-puzolan çimentolarının geleneksel olgunluk fonksiyonları üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmış ve yeni olgunluk-dayanım ilişkisi geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

The maturity concept, determined by the combined effects of temperature and time, is a useful technique for the prediction of the concrete strength. According to the concept, concrete samples having same maturity level would have approximately same strength values whatever combination of temperature and time to reach the maturity level. Many maturity functions have been proposed in the past 50 years. The validity of these functions are only for the ordinary Portland cements. In this study, the effects of different type of Portland-pozzolan cements on the traditional maturity functions were investigated; and new maturity-strength relationships were tried to be established.
