Ekoturizme katılan yerli turistlerin destinasyon hizmet kalitesine yönelik değerlendirmeleri (Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi örneği)

Abstract

Araştırmanın temel amacı; ekoturizm potansiyeline sahip Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi’ni ziyaret eden yerli turistlerin, destinasyona yönelik bekledikleri hizmet kalitesi ile algıladıkları hizmet kalitesi arasındaki farklılığın tespit edilmesidir. Bu amaçla, Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi’nde 2017- 2018 yıllarında ekoturizm turlarına (ekoturlara) katılan yerli turistlerin destinasyona yönelik hizmet kalitesi beklenti ve algılarının belirlenebilmesi için alanyazında kabul görmüş ECOSERV ölçeği kullanılarak 400 yerli turiste anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; yerli turistlerin, Doğu Karadeniz destinasyonuna yönelik beklenti düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu tespit edilirken; performans düzeylerinin (algıladıkları hizmet kalitesi) beklenti düzeylerini kısmen karşıladığı saptanmıştır. Araştırma faktörlerinden “eko-fiziksel özellikler” faktörü, diğer faktörlere kıyasla, katılımcıların en fazla önem verdiği faktör olmuştur.

The main purpose of this research is to determine the difference between the quality of service that the domestic tourists visiting the Eastern Black Sea Region with the potential of ecotourism expects for the destination and the quality of service they perceive. For this purpose, in the Eastern Black Sea Region, 400 domestic tourists were surveyed using the accepted ECOSERV scale to determine the expectations and perceptions of the service quality of the domestic tourists, participating in the ecotourism tours (ecotours) in 2017-2018. As a result of the research, it is determined that the expectation levels of domestic tourists for the Eastern Black Sea destination are high; performance levels (the service quality they perceive) partially meet the expectation levels. The “eco-tangibles” factor of the research factors was the most important factor of the participants compared to the other factors.
