The aim of this article is to explain and evaluate the general music education in place of music education which is realized in preschool education and primary education. In this report, to touch on only to realized and to constituted of 4-14 age class in preschool education and primary education because of the general music education includes very long process in humans lifes and the general music education splits into the various education processes. In this report, to explain general music education in preschool education and primary education, to touch on various education in coverage of this education and to mention the methods which are benefitted at this education.
