Türkiye'de yabancı sermaye ve turizm sektörü açısından bir değerlendirme

Abstract

Bu tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci Bölümde yabancı sermaye kavramı, yabancı sermayenin önemi, giriş yaptığı ülke ekonomisi üzerindeki muhtemel etkileri, yabancı sermayeyi bir ülkeye çeken temel faktörler ve Türk ekonomisinde yabancı sermaye ile ilgili politikaların tarih gelişimi, gibi konular kısa ve ana hatlarıyla açıklanmıştır. İkinci Bölümde, Türk turizm, sektörünün temel özellikleri, Türk ekonomisi içindeki nispi önemi incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, Türk turizminde, yabancı sermayenin yeri ve önemi, yabancı sermaye girişlerini teşvik edici yasal önlemler incelenmiş ve yabancı sermayeyi turizm sektörüne daha çok cezbedebilmek için gerekli idari, hukuki, ekonomik ve siyasi faktörler irdelenmiştir.This thesis is composed of three chapters. In the first chapter of the study, foreign investment concept, the importance of foreign investment, the possible impacts on the economy of receiving country. The factors which attract foreign investnent to a country and the historical development of policies which relate to foreign investment in the Turkish economy are examined. In the second chapter, the Turkish tourism, the basic charcteristics, of the hospitality industry and its place in the Turkish economy are examined. In the third Chapter, the importance of foreign investment in the Turkish tourism industrry and government investment incentive measures which related to foreign investment enters in the Turkish tourism sector are investigated, Finally, some suggestions which are related to foreign investment policies are made.
