İşgören doyumu ve turizm işletmelerinde yapılan araştırmalara ilişkin bir değerlendirme

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, iş doyumunun bireysel ve örgütsel açıdan öneminin ortaya konulması ve turizm işletmelerinde çalışan işgörenlerin iş doyumunu etkileyen faktörlerin kavramsal olarak değerlendirilmesidir. Bu amaçla yerli ve yabancı literatürde, turizm işletmelerinde çalışan işgörenlerin iş doyumunu etkileyen faktörleri belirleyen araştırmalar değerlendirilmiş ve bu değerlendirmelerin sonucunda turizm işletmelerine bazı öneriler sunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to point out the importance of the job satisfaction in terms of individual and organizational field and to make a conceptual evaluation of the factors affecting job satisfaction of the employees who are working in the tourism enterprises. For this aim, the domestic and foreign studies which determine the factors affecting job satisfaction of the tourism enterprises #8217; employees were evaluated and as a result of these evaluations some recommendations were presented the tourism enterprises.
