ORTAÖĞRETİM KİMYA DERS KİTAPLARININ BİLİMSEL SÜREÇ BECERİLERİ AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı 9, 10, 11 ve 12. Sınıf kimya ders kitaplarının bilimsel süreç becerileri BSB geliştirme yeterliliği düzeyini incelemektir. Bu nedenle araştırmacılar tarafından bir kavram haritası ve bir ders kitabı analiz rubriği geliştirilmiştir. 12. Sınıf ders kitabı hariç diğer bütün ders kitaplarının ilk olarak temel bilimsel süreç becerilerinin gelişimine, ikinci olarak da deney doğrulama bilimsel süreç becerilerinin gelişimine odaklandığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ders kitaplarında bilimsel süreç becerilerinin hiyerarşik yapısına odaklanılmadığı ve ders kitaplarının sınıf düzeyinin artışına rağmen gelişimi hedeflenen BSB gelişiminin aynı oranda artırılmadığı belirlenmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to analyze 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade high school chemistry textbooks with respect to science process skills SPS development sufficiency level. For this reason, a concept map and textbook analyze rubric were developed by the authors. It was concluded that first, the development of basic science process skills were aimed in all of the textbooks -except 12th grade; second, experiment confirmation science process skills.To end, it was found that the hierarchical structure of science process skills was not focused in the textbooks. Despite the increase of textbooks’ level, the SPS development was not increased in the same rate
