Romanda zaman ve mekan kavramları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, roman incelemelerinde kullanılan zaman ve mekan kavramları tartışılmaktadır. Olay, anlatma, yazma ve okuma zamanlarının birbiriyle ilişkileri ve diğer unsurlara etkileri araştırılmalıdır. Mekan incelemelerinde, mekanın envanteri çıkarılmalı; mekan- insan ilişkisi yorumlanmalı ve yer değiştirmelerin olayların ritmine, temanın işlenişine etkisi aranmalıdır. Zamanın ve mekanın anlamsal dizgeye katkısı tartışılmalıdır.

In this study, we discuss the concept of time and place which are some of the major concepts in novel analyses. The relationships among times, of the event, narration (story telling) writing and reading, and the effects on other factors, should be examined. In examinetions of the place, the researcher should prepare the invantory of the place, and he also should interprate therelationships retween human and the place. Furthermore the researcher should study the effects of spotial mobility on the rythm of events and on structuralisation of theme. Finally the researcher should discuss the contribition of time and place on the system of meaning.
