Doğum öncesi bakım memnuniyet ölçeği (DÖBMÖ): Geçerlilik güvenirlik çalışması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma Doğum Öncesi Bakım Memnuniyet Ölçeği’nin Türkçe versiyonunun geçerliliği ve güvenilirliğini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Bu metodolojik çalışma 334 gebe ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Dil geçerliliğinde test etmek amacıyla çeviri/tekrar çeviri yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerliliği uzman görüşü ve yapı geçerliliği ile değerlendirilmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenilirliğini değerlendirmek amacıyla Cronbach alfa katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Madde toplam korelasyon ve %27’lik alt grup üst grup karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Ölçeğin toplam cronbach alfa değeri 0,875, madde toplam korelasyon değerleri 0.39 ve 0.64 arasında bulunmuştur. Üst %27 grubunun toplam ve alt boyut puanları, alt %27 grubunun ve üst boyut puanlarından yüksek bulunmuştur (t(178)=-22,622; p=0,000<0,05). Birinci düzey dogrulayıcı faktör analizi neticesinde elde edilen uyum iyiliği değerleri (p< 0,01;x2 /sd=3.04;75; RMSEA=0.07; CFI=.92; GFI=.91) önerilen beş faktörlü modelin veri ile uyumlu kabul edilebilir olduğunu göstermektedir. Sonuç: Çalışmanın sonuçları, Doğum Öncesi Bakım Memnuniyet Ölçeği Türkçe versiyonunun, gebelerin doğum öncesi bakım memnuniyetini belirlemek amacıyla kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermektedir

Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Prenatal Care Satisfaction Scale. Method: This methodological study was performed with 334 pregnant women. Translation / re-translation method was used to test the validity of its Turkish version. The validity of the scale was assessed by expert opinion and construct validity (confirmatory factor analysis). Cronbach alpha coefficient was calculated in order to evaluate reliability of the scale. Item total correlation and 27% lower and upper groups were compared. Results: The total Cronbach alpha value of the scale was 0.875, and the item total correlation values were between 0.39 and 0.64. The total and subdimension scores of the upper 27% group were higher than the lower 27% group and the upper dimension scores (t (178) = - 22.622; p=0.000<0.05). Conclusion: The results of the study show that the Turkish version of the Prenatal Care Satisfaction Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool that can be used to determine the prenatal care satisfaction of pregnant women.
