| dc.description.abstract | Caillou is a cartoon series that have been very popular in many countries today. The same series has been very popular among preschool children in Turkey too. In this research, it is aimed to describe the situation of preschool children's books in terms of their physical structures, content and illustrations. In this context, 40 picture story books, from Caillou's series were examined. As for the data analysis, frequencies and percentages were used. While it was found that the subject matter and illustrative quality of the books were adequate, the physical quality, language and expressive quality of the books are inadequate. | |
