Data analysis was carried out through taking the opinion of 199 students. The results of the research revelaed that students had a high/positive perception of the cultural feature of belonging. They had an average level of positive perception of the cultural features of efficiency and communication/relationship. Although there were no significant differences at the level of p<05 between genders, there were significant differences between departments.
