Bişkek bölgesinde barındırılan köpeklerde genital hastalıkların Jinekolojik ve patolojik yönden araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Bişkek bölgesinde bulunan sokak köpeklerinde genital problemlerin jinekolojik ve patolojik yönden araştırılması amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmada 150 adet sağlıklı, dişi, sokak köpeğinde ovaryohisterektomi operasyonu sonrasında elde edilen ovaryum ve uterusların patolojik muayeneleri yapıldı. Çalışmaya dahil edilen köpeklerin %70’inde (105/150) jinekolojik ve patolojik her hangi bir lezyon tespit edilmedi. Toplam kırk beş (%30, 45/150) köpekte 62 adet patolojik değişim tespit edildi. Organlara göre patolojik lezyonlar değerlendirildiğinde; bu lezyonlardan 19 adedi (%30.65, 19/62) ovaryumda, 43 adedinin (%69.35, 43/62) uterusta olduğu belirlendi. Ovaryumda görülen lezyonlar; inaktif ovaryum (%2.67), fibrozis (0.67%) ve ovaryum kistleri (%9.33) şeklinde tanımlandı. Uterus dokusunda ise ödem (%0.67), hemoraji (%0.67), fibrozis (%0.67), pigmentasyon (%0.67), mukometra (%4.67), hidrometra (%1.33), hematometra (%1.33), piyometra (%4.67), endometriyal hiperplazi (%5.33) ve kistik endometriyal hiperplazi (%1.33), endometritis (%6.67) olarak saptandı. Araştırma sonunda, Bişkekte barındırılan sokak köpeklerinde genital problem olarak ovaryumda kistik değişimler, uterusta ise hiperplastik ve yangısal değişikliklerin yaygın olduğu tespit edildi.

In this study, it was aimed the gynecologic and pathologic investigation of genital problems of dogs in Bishkek province. Total 150 female unspayed and mixed breed healthy dogs were included in the study. Genital organs were examined after ovariohysterectomy. Although there was no gynecologic and pathologic lesion in one hundred and five dogs (70%, 105/150), total 62 pathologic changes were detected in 45 dogs (30%, 45/150). When pathologic lesions were evaluated according to organs, 19 of the lesions were in the ovary (30.65%, 19/62) and 43 lesions were in the uterus (69.35%, 43/62). Ovarian lesions were described as inactive ovary (2.67%), fibrosis (0.67%), and ovarian cysts (9.33%) in all animals. In the uterus, edema (1.34%), hemorrhage (0.67%), fibrosis (0.67%), pigmentation (0.67%), mucometra (4.67%), hydrometra (1.33%), hematometra (1.33%), pyometra (4.67%), endometrial hyperplasia (5.33%) and cystic endometrial hyperplasia (1.33%) and endometritis (6.67%) were determined. At the end of the study ovarian cysts and hyperplastic or inflammatory changes in the uterus were detected as main genital problems in dogs in Bishkek.
