dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to determine seventh grade primary school students' conceptual levels and misconceptions about pressure of solid and liquids. In this purpose two-tier misconception test was developed about pressure of solids and liquids and were applied to 388 students in six primary schools in Bali{dotless}kesir. Analyzing all data obtained from this study, after the traditional instruction it is found that students have many misconceptions about pressure of solids and liquids concepts, and then some tentative recommendations were made.
