Amenorrhea associated with duloxetine two case reports

Abstract

Hyperprolactinemia can lead to galactorrhea, amenorrhea, infertility, and psychological problems. It is caused by a variety of medical conditions and drugs such as pituitary tumors, craniopharyngioma, metastatic tumors, empty sella syndrome, thyroid dysfunction, antipsychotics, metoclopramide, oral contraceptives, and thyroid hormone preparations.
