Kontrol odağı - iş tatmini ilişkisi ve örgütsel adalet algısının aracı etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; bir kişilik özelliği olan kontrol odağı, bireyin iş tatmini ve örgütsel adalet algısı arasındaki ilişkinin saptanması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çalışma kontrol odağı, iş tatmini ve örgütsel adalet algısı arasındaki ilişkiyi belirleyerek, söz konusu değişkenler üzerine araştırma yapacak kişilere katkıda bulunacaktır. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda, ikinci bölüm yazın taramasından elde edilen kaynaklarla ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü ve dördüncü bölümünde, alan araştırması yapılarak, hipotezlerin doğruluk düzeyi araştırılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda; hazırlanan anket formu, tesadüfî örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak Türkiye'nin çeşitli illerindeki turizm çalışanlarına uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın üç değişkeni (adalet algısı, iş tatmini, kontrol odağı) için daha önce geliştirilmiş ve kullanılmış ölçeklerden faydalanılmıştır. Son olarak dördüncü bölümde elde edilen bulgulara yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; kontrol odağı ve iş tatmini arasında etkileşim adaletinin aracılık etkisi bulunmuştur.The objective of this research was to show the relationship between locus of control, which is one of the main personal characteristics, job satisfaction and moderating organizational justice perception. This study not only highlights the relationship of locus of control, job satisfaction and organizational justice perception but also helps the people who works on these variables mentioned. Through the aim of the study, the first phrase of the project involves the study of the books and articles data handling, the third and the forth phrases include the research of the uprightness of hypothesis by doing field research. The survey prepared was given randomly to the sample who works in tourism sector in several different cities of Turkey. The scale developed and used before was benefited for the variables in the study. The final phrase includes the findings gained after the research according to the results of the study. According to results of survey; moderating effect of interactional justice has been found between locus of control and job satisfaction.
