Dünyanın en iyi mutfakları ve Türk mutfağı

Abstract

Tarih boyunca diğer birçok kültürlerle yaşanan etkileşim, geniş bir coğrafyada hüküm sürmesi ve bu hüküm sürdüğü coğrafyada farklı kültürlerin bir arada yaşaması gibi nedenler Türk mutfağının zenginleşesi ve çeşitlenmesine katkı sağlamıştır. Türk Mutfak kültürü ve zenginliği ile ilgili yapılan değerlendirmeler incelendiğinde, Türk Mutfağının farklı kültürleri etkilemesi, bu kültürlerden etkilenmesi ve köklü bir geçmişe sahip olması zenginliğine vurgu yapılarak dünya mutfakları içerisinde en önemli ilk üç mutfaktan (Fransız ve Çin mutfağı ile birlikte) biri olduğu savunulmaktadır. Yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, internet üzerinden dünyanın en iyi mutfakları ile ilgili bilgi veren internet sayfalarında Türk mutfağının yerini belirlemektir. Belirtilen bu amaca ulaşmak için dünyanın en iyi mutfakları ile ilgili bilgi veren ve en çok ziyaret edilen internet sayfaları incelenmiştir. Yapılan bu inceleme sonucunda, arama motorlarında en çok ziyaret edilen 16 adet web sayfası arasında 9'unda Türk Mutfağı'nın yer aldığı, en iyi ülke sıralamaları yapılan ve Türk Mutfağı'nın yer aldığı web sayfalarında ise ortaya çıkan durumun istenilen seviyelerde olmadığı belirlenmiştirThroughout the history, the interaction with many other cultures has contributed to the richness and diversification of Turkish cuisine due to its domination in a vast geography and co-existence of diverse cultures in such geography. By considering the assessments about the culture and richness of Turkish Cuisine, the impacts of Turkish cuisine on other different cultures as well as the impacts of other cultures on Turkish cuisine and its deeprooted history are emphasized and Turkish cuisine is argued to be one of the top three cuisines in the world (along with French and Chinese cuisines). The purpose of this study is to identify the place of Turkish cuisine on the webpages that provide online information about the best cuisines in the world. To achieve this indicated purpose, we have studied the most visited webpages that provide information about the best cuisines in the world. As a result of this study, it has been determined that Turkish Cuisine is listed in the 9 of the 16 most-visited webpages in search engines but the result is not at desired level in terms of the webpages that contain Turkish Cuisine and that list the best countries.
