Genişletilmiş hecke grupları

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, genişletilmiş Hecke grupları ve bu grupların bazı alt gruplarının grup yapılarını vermektir. Bu çalışma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümü olan birinci bölümde, çalışma tanıtılmıştır. İkinci bölümde, çalışma süresince gerekli olan temel tanımlar, kavramlar ve teoremler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, Hecke grupları tanıtılmış ve genel özellikleri verilmiştir. Hecke grupları ve temel bölgesi tanımlanmıştır. Ayrıca Hecke gruplarının çift, kamütatör, kuvvet, denklik ve temel denklik alt grupları tanıtılmış ve bunların grup yapıları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölüm tezin ana kısmıdır. Önce Hecke gruplarının R(z) = l/z yansıması ile genişletilmesi elde edilmiştir. Sonra genişletilmiş Hecke grupları tanımlanmış, genişletilmiş Hecke gruplarının temel bölgesi ve bazı özellikleri verilmiştir. Ayrıca genişletilmiş Hecke gruplarının çift, kamütatör, kuvvet, denklik ve temel denklik alt grupları tanıtılarak, bunların grup yapıları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde, tezde elde edilen sonuçlar verilmiştir.The aim of this work is to give the extended Hecke groups and group structure of the some of its subgroups. This work consists of five chapters. In the first chapter an introduction to the topic is made. In the second chapter, basic definitions, notations and theorems needed later during the work are given. In the third chapter, Hecke groups are introduced and general properties of them are given. Hecke groups and their fundamental regions are defined. Also, even subgroups, commutator subgroups, power subgroups, congruence subgroups and principal congruence subgroups are introduced and information about the group structure of these are given. The fourth chapter is the main part of the work. Firstly, the extension of the Hecke groups by the reflection R(z) = - are obtained. Later, the extended Hecke groups are defined and their fundamental region and some of their properties are given. Also even subgroups, commutator subgroups, power subgroups, congruence subgroups and principal congruence subgroups are introduced and information about the group structure of these are given. In the fifth chapter is given obtained results.
