Personal selling is typically the dominant element ofthe marketing communications mix. And it is also one of the most expensive techniques of marketing. By this way it has a critical importance for business marketing and also it is critical in tourism industry marketing. This is the boundary open communication and it is so risky. So, making mistakes can cause different problems. Tourism marketing is different from many other marketing fields because, tourism marketing is dream marketing and you have to assure your customer to their dreams. To ensure their potential demand to effective demand you have to use your body language during the selling process. In this aspect, the success of personal selling is closely related to correct usage of body language. The aim of this study is to explain the relationship of the personal selling and body language, which used by sales person in tourism industry and effects on marketing process.
