Aim: The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between ethical climate perception, organizational trust and psychological resilience in nurses. Method: The study is descriptive and correlational. The data were collected between April and July 2023 using a web-based data collection method (Google Forms). The sample consisted of 442 nurses who agreed to participate in the study. The data were collected with the "Personal Information Form", "Ethical Climate Scale", "Organizational Trust Scale" and "Brief Psychological Resilience Scale". Results: The mean score of the Ethical Climate Scale was 3.06±0.62, the Brief Psychological Resilience Scale was 3.31±0.69, and the Organizational Trust Scale was 3.29±0.67. There was no significant relationship between the Ethical Climate Scale and the Brief Psychological Resilience Scale (p>0.05). There was a moderate positive relationship between the Ethical Climate Scale and the Organizational Trust Scale (r=0.602; p<0.01). A weak positive relationship was found between the Brief Psychological Resilience Scale and organizational Trust Scale level (r=0.176; p<0.05). Conclusion: It was determined that as nurses' perception of ethical climate increased, organizational trust increased and psychological resilience increased in nurses with high organizational trust. In this context, it is recommended that nursing services management should conduct detailed research on the trust and ethical climate perceptions of their employees towards their organizations and initiate corrective and preventive activities. © 2024 The Authors.
