A 51-year-old male with shoulder pain and limited range of motion

Abstract

A 51-year-old male patient who had complaint of pain and limitation of movement in his left shoulder was admitted to our department with preliminary diagnosis of impingement. In another medical center, his condition was misdiagnosed as scapular fracture.
