Sürdürülebilir turizm çalışmalarında sorumlu turizm

Abstract

Turizm sektörünün hem iyi hem de birçok olumsuz etkileri bulunmaktadır. Sektör, bir destinasyonun ekonomik kalkınma ve tanıtılması kapsamında oldukça büyük katkılar sağlarken, turistlerin geride bıraktığı tahribatlarla beraber olumsuz sonuçlarda doğurabilmektedir. Bu tahribatların minimum düzeyde tutulabilmesi ve sürdürülebilir turizmin dinamik yapısının korunabilmesi için sorumlu turizm olukça önemli bir kavram olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacı sorumlu turizmi tanımlamak ve sorumlu turisti bu tanım içinde konumlandırmaktır. Sorumlu turizmi tanımlamak için şu sorulara yanıt aranmıştır: Sorumlu turizmin temel özellikleri nelerdir? Sorumlu turizm ve sürdürülebilirlik ilişkisi bağlamında neler söylenmiştir? Sorumlu turist ne demektir? Sorumlu turizm ilkelerinin tanıtılması ve geliştirilmesinde paydaşlar kimlerdir? Sorumlu turizm kapsamında ayrıca bir turizm ülkesi olarak Türkiye konusunda neler söylenebilir ve sorumlu turiste ne tavsiyelerde bulunulabilir başlıklarında kavramsal çözümlemeler yapılmaya gayret edilmiştir.

The tourism industry has both good and many negative effects. While the sector makes a great contribution to the economic development and promotion of a destination, it can also cause negative results with the destruction left behind by the tourists. Responsible tourism is a very important concept in order to keep these damages to a minimum and to preserve the dynamic structure of sustainable tourism. In this context, the aim of the study is to define responsible tourism and to position the responsible tourist within this definition. In order to define responsible tourism, answers to the following questions were sought:What are the main features of responsible tourism?? What has been said in the context of the relationship between responsible tourism and sustainability? What does responsible tourist mean?? Who are the stakeholders in the promotion and development of responsible tourism principles?? Within the scope of responsible tourism, conceptual analyzes have been tried to be made under the headings of what can be said about Turkey as a tourism country and what advice can be given to the responsible tourist.
