Öğretmenin mesleki ve kişisel nitelikleri

Abstract

Öğretmenlik, niteliği ve işlevi bakımından toplumun ekonomik sosyal ve kültürel yönden gelişmelerinde etkisi son derece büyük, önemli bir meslektir. Öğretmen, öğrencilerine ve çevresindeki insanlara kazandıracağı ve becerilerle kaliteli insan gücü ihtiyacının karşılanmasına dolayısıyla ülke kalkınmasına önemli katkılar sağlamaktadır. Bu sebeple bu çalışmada, eğitim bütünlüğü içinde insan gelişimine çok önemli katkıları olan öğretmenlerin mesleki ve kişisel niteliklerini tespit etmek ve öğretmen yetiştirilmesine temel teşkil eden içerik katagorilerini belirlemek, öğretmenlik mesleğinin önemini ve mesleki rollerini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma durum saptamaya yöneliktir.

In terms of quality and function, teaching is a rather imporant jop, as teachers have major roles in society’somical, social and cultural development. Teachers have great contibution to their students ağabeylities and qualifications. Therefore, teachers contribute a lot to their countries, development in terms of helping to meet the need of a high standardised /qualified popilation. Thus this study examines the occupational role of teachers who have major contributions to the individual’s development this study also explains the educational categories related to teacher training. Additionallly, this study identifies the teacher’s occupational and personal qualities as a whole in educational institions. This study is a case study.
