Hayatı tehdit eden nadir bir durum; Spontan hemopnömotoraks

Abstract

Yirmi altı yaşında erkek olgu göğüs ağrısı ve nefes darlığı yakınması ile başvurdu. Spontan hemopnömotoraks tanısı konan olgudan 1850cc hemorajik vasıflı drenaj sağlandı. Bu çalışmada nadir görülen ancak hayatı tehdit edebilen spontan hemopnömotoraks tablosu bir olgu ile sunuldu.

A twenty six years old male presented to the clinic presenting with chest pain and dyspnea. The diagnosis of spontaneous hemopneumothorax was established, and 1850 ml of hemorrhagic fluid were drained from the chest cavity. This study presents a case of spontaneous hemopneumothorax which is rarely seen, but which can be life-threatening.
